Consumer Agreement: You agree that a cancellation will incur a restocking and administration fee should you cancel at any time after ordering and paying. The minimum fee will be $10 up to $100 and 10% there after over $100.
Returning:
Our refund policy is very simple.
1. A refund can be applied for within 30 days of us SENDINGÂ your order.
This is NOT 30 after you receive the order.
2. Delivery is NOT included in the refund, only the product itself is covered.
3. You must pay for the remainder of the items you received to be posted back to us at your expense so that we can check and assess your refund.
4. Once a package is opened it can not be refunded as it could be contaminated.Â
5. All packages are to be in unopened and un-used condition for a refund unless item arrives damage in which case this should be not accepted from courier or Post and shown to them immediately to have it returned.
Cautions:
Wear a dust mask when spreading and dusting around the house, pets, garden etc.
