Firstly add diatomaceous earth to your diet to detox heavy metals. parasites that can contribute

POWDER; start with half a teaspoon and work up to two heaping teaspoons, twice daily.
Mix thoroughly in four ounces (half cup) of water and drink immediately and follow with another
eight ounces (full cup) of water and best taken on an empty stomach.
CAPSULES; start taking 1 capsule twice a day and work up to 2 or more capsules a day.
Continue drinking water throughout the day as DE can cause Constipation from dehydration.
WARNING; Allow at least one hour before or after medications or supplements.
